Flowzet supports OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-4, GPT-3.5), Anthropic Claude (3.5, 3 Haiku/Sonnet/Opus), Google Gemini (1.5 Pro, Flash), DeepSeek, and xAI Grok. You bring your own API key. Embedding model support is included for OpenAI and Gemini, plus an external embedding endpoint option.
Does my data stay on my server? +
Yes. Conversations, tickets, knowledge base content, and analytics are stored entirely in your WordPress database. Only the AI inference calls go to your chosen provider's API. Your customer data never leaves your server.
Does Pro require the free plugin to be active? +

Yes — this is one of the most powerful Pro features. When a visitor requests a human, your agent gets a Telegram or WhatsApp alert. The agent types their reply in Telegram/WhatsApp, and it appears inside the visitor's chat widget on the website in real time. No need to log into WP Admin to reply.
